-Ringtemco Boat A-7A Corsair II is a ship attack aircraft developed as a successor to the A-4 Skyhawk.
-In order to reduce the development period and cost, the design concept of the company's F-8 Crusader ship fighter was utilized and parts were also used.
-The A type was the first mass-produced type and was deployed to combat units in September 1967, then developed as B, C, E types and in May 1971 the final unit for the Navy rolled out.
